Payment is accepted in cash only. Due to high bank commission charges applied to international medical payments, card and bank transfer payments are not available for this service. Please plan accordingly when travelling.

No deposit is required. Your surgery date is secured with a confirmed flight ticket and a copy of your passport — nothing else. You are not financially committed until you arrive.

What Is Not Included in the Package

For full transparency, the following items are not included in the package:

✗Flights to and from Istanbul (arranged by the patient)
✗Travel insurance (strongly recommended — patients are advised to arrange this independently)
✗Personal spending, meals for the companion, sightseeing
✗Any additional medical interventions required due to individual complications (discussed with the team if applicable)

Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that all international patients arrange comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage before travelling for surgery. Please check your policy covers bariatric surgery abroad.

Can my partner or friend stay at the hotel too?

Yes. One companion is included in the package at no additional charge. Your guest will share the hotel accommodation and transfers with you.

How many nights in hospital is included?

2 nights hospital stay are included in the standard package. This covers the period immediately after surgery when medical monitoring is most important.

Are all pre-operative tests included?

Yes. Blood tests, ECG, chest X-ray, surgeon consultation and anaesthesia consultation are all included in the package price.

What is the follow-up process after I return home?

The coordination team maintains contact after you return home via WhatsApp. Nutrition guidance, diet stage progression and post-operative questions are all supported remotely.
